Placing an Order Online
When you see an item you’d like to purchase whole browsing our online store, simply select the item’s size or color (if applicable) then click on the “Add to Cart” button. This will direct you to your shopping cart on PayPal's site.
Next, click on the “Continue Shopping” button to return to our shopping site, or click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button to pay for the items you’ve chosen.
After clicking on “Proceed to Checkout,” you may sign in on the right side if you have an account with PayPal, or click “continue” on the left side if you do not. Complete the transaction as directed by PayPal from here.

We ship all packages through the United States Postal Service using Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Shipping and handling is calculated in the shopping cart based on your order total as outlined below. Prices reflect USPS postal rates, confirmation services and packaging.

Unfortunately at this time, we do not routinely ship outside the United States. Contact us to make an arrangement.
A 9.75% sales tax must be added to all orders placed in California – all other states are exempt from this charge.
Returns and/or exchanges are only accepted for defective merchandise within 7 business days from date of purchase. Items must be in the original condition. Do NOT return the item(s) until you have contacted us and have received instructions. Please include your invoice.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to Tiki Totes & Bags. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed when item(s) is received. You are responsible for proof of delivery, such as USPS Delivery Confirmation or Signature Confirmation.
